If you’ve just received a shipment notification, hang tight—tracking information may take up to 5 business days to update. (We promise, your package is on its way, even if the tracking page seems shy!)

At AnimeApe.com, all items are made-to-order. This means that when you place your order, we create your item(s) just for you, one at a time, ensuring the highest quality possible. Think of it as personalized craftsmanship!

We collaborate with various artists and manufacturers around the globe, which is why delivery times can vary. But that’s also how we’re able to offer such amazing prices on our products—worldwide connections for the win!

All shipments are handled by trusted carriers like UPS, DHL, FedEx, or Yun Express, and your order will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Shipping rates, delivery times, prices, and VAT will be adjusted based on the destination country selected at checkout. We process and dispatch approved orders as quickly as possible, in the order they are received.

Once your package leaves the warehouse, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Keep an eye on it—you’ll be one step closer to receiving your awesome new items!

We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge that one or more packages may be shipped to you, and customs fees may apply upon arrival in your country. Unfortunately, we can’t control customs—but we promise the wait will be worth it!

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships, which will contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 15 business days, please don’t hesitate to contact us. (We promise, we won’t leave you hanging!)

MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.

For some shipping companies, it can take 5-7 business days for the tracking information to update in their system. If your order was placed more than 10 business days ago and you still see no information on your tracking number, please reach out to us. (We understand the suspense—it’s like waiting for a surprise party!)

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve requested combined shipping. (Think of it as your order taking a little detour to ensure everything arrives safely!)

WILL I BE CHARGED VAT TAXES?

Items shipping internationally from the U.S. are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), meaning we do not collect VAT (Value Added Taxes) at checkout. All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the package recipient.

Depending on the receiving country, your package may incur local customs or VAT charges. We recommend reaching out to your local customs office for more information regarding your country’s customs policies.

As of July 1, 2021, the European Union (EU) will remove the Value Added Tax (VAT) exemption for low-value imported goods (i.e. all goods with a value of up to €22*). As a result, all commercial imports into the EU will be subject to VAT and require a Formal Customs Declaration. Therefore, kindly be informed if your shipping address is located in the EU area:

1. VAT to EU countries is charged in advance
2. Declare prices usually much lower than the actual price that you bought so that VAT can be the lowest as possible. In case you’re called to make clearance and asked for purchasing invoices by customs (which rarely happens), kindly contact us in advance.
